We always strive to ensure that each transaction at our website is hassle free and take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store/warehouse.
As a policy, we DO NOT offer returns/refunds or exchanges on products which are delivered.
However, if it is discovered that a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to resolve your problem and re-fulfill your order.
You can report your problem, complaint or query related to the ordered product by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery at help@gold-gem.com with your order number, date of transaction and image of the product.
Our team will investigate the issue and revert within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged and is in a saleable condition until the problem is resolved. We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any such problem/complaint as we deem fit.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
