Disclosure
• All information contained by G&G is treated as strictly confidential and G&G does not and will not disclose or share such confidential information to / with any external organization. 
• The users’ privacy is very important to us. We do not and shall not at any point in time, either sell or rent users’ personal information to third parties without users’ explicit consent. 
• We may be required from time to time to disclose users’ personal information to Governmental or law enforcing agencies or our regulators, but we will only do so under proper authority.
• G&G also reserve the right to make use of the personal information in any investigation or judicial process relating to fraud on account of such transactions during the period G&G retains such information. 
• We may also disclose personal information to enforce our policies, respond to claims that a posting or other content violates other’s rights, or protects anyone’s rights, property or safety.
• We may also share personal information with - Corporate affiliates who help detect or prevent potentially illegal acts and provide joint services (Our corporate affiliates will market only to users who ask them to).

Using Information from G&G. You may use personal information gathered from G&G only to follow up with another user about a specific posting, not to send spam/ phishing or collect personal information from someone who hasn't agreed to that.

Access, Modification, and Deletion. You can see, modify or erase your personal information by reviewing your posting or account status page. Contact customer support at info@gold-gem.com to review any personal information we store that is not available on G&G. There may be a charge associated with such requests but these will not exceed the amounts permitted by law. We delete personal information when we no longer need it for the purposes we described earlier.  

Data Security. We use a number of mechanisms (encryption, passwords, and physical security) to protect the security and integrity of your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. So while we strive to protect such information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once any personal information comes into our possession, we will take reasonable steps to protect that information from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

Confidentiality of Information. Users who use any of the features on G&G agree and accept that they have been fully informed by G&G that the use of features may lead to publication, to all users of G&G, of any personal information posted by them while using any specific feature on G&G. Users further agree that the authenticity of, and consequences from the posting by users of any personal information of themselves or any other person, are the sole responsibility of the user. Users further agree and accept that the terms of the Privacy Policy will be applicable to the use of all features, existing and new. However, the Users agree and accept that confidentiality of information posted on such features has been waived by the Users of such features themselves.

General. We may update, upgrade, modify (partially &/or fully) this policy at any time, with updates taking effect when you next post or after 30 days, whichever is sooner. If we or our corporate affiliates are involved in a merger or acquisition, we may share personal information with another company, but this policy will continue to apply. Jurisdiction for any disputes will be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

In case of an unsuccessful transaction where your account has been debited but there is no Order confirmation from G&G then please contact us at info@gold-gem.com

Ordering:

How can I place an order?

Placing an order with G&G is easy. First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. You will find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar of each page. When you find an item that interests you, click on 'Buy', Add Items to your Shopping Cart, Create an account and place the order by making an Online Payment. You will get a system generated Order ID on your registered Email ID.

Orders are accepted only online after securing your payment through the credit card information submitted by you.

We accept Credit Card (both Indian and International), Visa Master& Maestro card. Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured, powered by SSL encryption capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

Yes. Our payment gateway runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers.

While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the customer is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Pay-Now button, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the Credit Card information.

All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard.

How do I get Order confirmation?

After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us. If you are registered use you can login and also see you order details.

How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?

We shall deliver your gift within 3-5 working days of securing your payment. Our products are sent through renowned courier services. Confirmation through e-mail shall be sent to you after your order has been shipped.  G&G delivers gifts to all over India and can ship to major countries too. You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or delivered or cancelled that you have placed with G&G by going to the Track Order link available on our Website.

Your order passes through following states before it finally enters the 'Delivered 'state:

a) Pending: This is the default status for your order and it comes as soon as order is placed.

b) Delivered: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product and the order will be executed as per your specifications.

c)  Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.

We charge order value in the INR. This may cause a slight variation in the dollar-value and that charged from your credit-card due to fluctuation in conversion rates.

Please ensure yourself or your representative is present to receive the goods, failing which the goods will be send back to G&G office in Chennai. If products are returned back G&G may charge you for sending the products again to your delivery destination.
